TILCOR manufactures high quality stone coated roofing tiles in its state-of-the-art factory in New Zealand. The Ross Group of Companies that founded TILCOR are a third-generation roofing family that have been manufacturing roofing for over 70 years.
TILCOR is a true global entity with sales into many Middle East and African countries and also distribution through Europe and the Americas. Using the purest and best raw materials from around New Zealand, starting with one of the purest forms of steel in the world – Zincalume steel from New Zealand Steel and then being protected with natural stone granules for long term durability and stability for colour retention.
TILCOR backs its high quality roofing tiles with a 50 year manufacturer’s warranty. TILCOR stone coated tiles also offer a lightweight roofing solution that will stand the test of time. TILCOR lightweight roofing solution weighs less than 6.5kg per square metre which reduces the overall weight of the building compared to traditional construction methods in Africa and the Middle East.
With Tilcor metal roofing tiles you’ll be confident you’re getting the visual finish you have envisioned while also ensuring the roof will last for many years to come regardless of challenges from the elements. The Zincalume steel roofing technology at the core of each tile gives it the endurance to last much longer than normal galvanized metal tiles.
This TILCOR range of roofing tiles caters for all types of construction, from residential to light-commercial and public works. Tilcor tiles offer a combination or versatility and long-term endurance which competing tile makers still struggle to match.
Available in a wide range of colours, Tilcor products are lightweight, versatile and easy to install. Composed of a Zincalume-protected steel substrate covered with natural stone granules. Tilcor products are earthquake, fire and freeze/thaw resistant and can withstand hurricane-force winds of up to 190kph. Because all our roof tile types contain Zincalume at their core, the selection we offer allows for a greater variety of finished appearances without comprising on quality or durability.
